All sales are final, however if you receive the wrong item/size please notify us in a timely manner.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Basic Juju also accepts International returns if again you receive the wrong item/size or there is a default. All fees returning the item are the responsibility of the customer.
- Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
- Returns will only be accepted if your purchases are in the same condition you receive them.
